New TAA04 Materials have just arrived

TVET has just launched a complete new series of superior Certificate IV in Training & Assessment materials that have been built from the ground up. The TAA04 Training & Assessment (V2.1) Learner Guides have been written by professionals in VET with both Registered Training Organisations and their participants in mind.

We have listened to our clients and as a result have included with each learner guide underpinning text, assessment activities, employability skills, links to current industry sites and a mapping guide to each competency that will assist with your obligations to the AQTF 2007. In addition, for the first time ever, there are now a further two publications that individually cover both the Enterprise Trainer and the Assessor Skills Sets.

TVET and the Australian Medical Association (WA) have aligned to supply HLT07 Health Training Package Learning Materials

Registered Training Organisations across Australia now have access to a series of quality learner guides which directly support competency standards within theHLT07 Health Training Package.The AMA resources are now currently available for purchase from TVET Australias national online catalogue. The range currently features 33 resources which are complemented by the same number of customisable assessment materials. RTOs can look forward to the number of these materials growing over time.

BSB07 Trainer Resources Now Available

New Trainer and Assessor Resources for the three most popular business services qualifications are nowavailable for purchase. These trainer and assessor resources are designed to support the revised Certificate II and III qualifications in BSB07 Business Services Training Package. These resources will guide you step by step through designing training and assessment activities for clusters of units linked to job roles.

Lyndon Shea ofShea Business Consulting, the original architect of the Business Services Training Package has also produced a guide on'Using BSB07 Creatively'. The purpose of the Resource is to guide RTOs to use the Training Package in uniquely innovative ways. It takes you through the steps of unpacking business competencies, creating and using skill sets, identifying, teaching and assessing employability skills and devising training and assessment strategies, mapping business pathways and careers and much more... customisable templates and a searchable database of all BSB07 units by titles and description.

New Small Business Trainer Resources

TVET Australia Product Services in close partnership with Innovative Business Resources (IBR) have jointly released a series of publications that directly supports both theCertificate III in Micro Business Operationsand theCert. IV in Small Business Management. The qualifications (BSB30307 & BSB40407) sit within theBSB07 Business Services Training Package. IBR is well known in the training system for its quality resources and have been supplying small business training materials to providers of the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) for a number of years. The latest series of IBR publications build on the experience and feedback gained from its BSB01 range.
