This Guide has been designed to support assessors gather evidence and make judgements of competence against TAAASS301B Contribute to assessment, which is included in the TAA04 Training and Assessment Training Package but is not packaged to an AQF qualification. This Guide contains a series of assessment tools that can be used to assess
candidates against the unit of competency. The Assessor Guides provide assessors with strategies to maintain compliance with AQTF 2007 requirements. This Assessor Guide also complements the unit Learner Guide - Shea Series.
This material comes in a spiral bound publication and includes CD with files that are in word format for easy customization.
Written by one of the initial developers of the TAA04 Training Package, the Shea Series TAA04 materials are the most widely used TAA04 resource. This is largely to the comprehensive underpinning text that is supplied that will assist in developing a better equipped Trainer and Assessor.
