This Toolbox supports the qualification WRR30102 Certificate III in Retail Supervision from the WRR02 Retail Training Package. The Toolbox is intended to be used by learners in a training organisation or in a workplace. Content is organised in a series of eleven topics, each of which is mapped to a single Unit of Competence. Each topic is self-contained and there is no recommended sequence for completion of the qualification. Learning takes place in a retail company where the learner works in the Sports Department and the Food Hall. The Toolbox is scenario based, with each Unit having its own scenario with an issue to be solved. The units of competence supported in this Toolbox are five core units from the qualification WRR30102, five elective units and one additional unit.
